Copyright & Use

Respect the work behind the play. This notice explains ownership and permissions; it does not claim exclusive rights over abstract game ideas or mechanics.

Who owns what

Except where separately stated, rights in the original, legally protectable code, artwork, text, audio, level designs and site presentation belong to the Pebloom creator or the relevant rights holders. All rights are reserved except as allowed here, by applicable licenses or by law. Protection of AI-assisted content depends on applicable law and protectable human contributions; this notice creates no rights where none exist.

Playing and sharing

You may link to the site and share your own gameplay screenshots or videos, including monetized reviews and streams, with clear Pebloom attribution and a link where practical. This permission covers showing gameplay, not extracting assets, distributing source code or game packages, or suggesting endorsement. Respect third-party rights and music licenses.

Permission before reuse

Ask for written permission before mirroring or embedding games on another site, repackaging them, extracting assets, making adaptations or using protected content in commercial products, unless law or an applicable license permits the use. Removing credits, disguising copies or changing a title does not grant permission. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses and notices.

Report a rights concern

Email us with the original work, the allegedly infringing URL, your claim of ownership or authorization, supporting evidence and a reply address. We will review the report and take appropriate action. Keep original files, dated releases and relevant records when seeking to enforce your own rights. For licensing requests, describe the content and intended use.
