Personal play
You may access the games for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute the games or their assets. Additional licenses or notices included with a game continue to apply.
Fair use of the service
Do not disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate the creator or use the service unlawfully. Do not copy, republish, resell or commercially distribute protected content without permission, except where applicable law or an applicable license permits it.
Availability and saved data
Games may change, be interrupted or be retired. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of local saves. Clearing browser data may remove progress. Keep a reasonable backup if a game offers export.
Feedback, minors and liability
Only send material you are entitled to share. We may use feedback to improve the service without taking ownership of your original work. Minors should seek guardian guidance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and disputes
We will identify material changes on the site and update the date; changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. Business use requires a separate written agreement. Contact us first about disputes. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts determine your rights and remedies.
